We strongly condemns the brutal terrorist attacks carried out by the so-called Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) across twelve cities of Balochistan, an alarming escalation that exposes a coordinated campaign to destabilize the province and undermine national security. These acts of terror—targeting civilians, infrastructure, and state authority—are not only criminal but a direct assault on Pakistan’s sovereignty and unity.
There is credible evidence and a long-standing pattern indicating foreign sponsorship, particularly Indian-backed networks, exploiting militant proxies to wage hybrid warfare against Pakistan. Equally condemnable is the use of Afghan soil under the Taliban regime by terrorist elements to plan, train, and launch attacks inside Pakistan. No government can be absolved of responsibility when its territory is used to export terror to a neighboring state.
*Islam leaves no ambiguity regarding terrorism:*
> “And do not spread corruption on the earth after it has been set in order.”
(Surah Al-A‘raf 7:56)
Pakistans security agencies and armed forces have responded with professionalism, resolve, and restraint—containing the situation, protecting civilians, and restoring control. The nation pays tribute to these forces for their sacrifices in defending the homeland.
*The Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:*
> “Whoever goes out to protect the lives and property of people is in the path of Allah.”
(Meaning derived from authentic Hadith literature)
*Strategic Timing and Hidden Hands*
The timing of these attacks is not accidental. They coincide with rising regional tensions around Iran, intensifying geopolitical competition, and Pakistan’s growing economic relevance—placing Balochistan at the center of global strategic calculations.
Allah reminds humanity:
> “And Allah does not like corruption and disorder.”
(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:205)
Balochistan’s geostrategic value is immense. It borders Iran, lies close to the Strait of Hormuz, and hosts Gwadar Port, the centerpiece of CPEC. Any instability here directly threatens regional connectivity, energy security, and Pakistan’s sovereign development.
*Regional Tensions and the Iran Dimension*
With escalating tensions involving Iran, Balochistan becomes critically sensitive. Destabilizing Pakistan’s western region weakens regional stability and disrupts emerging trade and energy corridors that challenge traditional power structures.
The Qur’an cautions against mishandling security matters:
> “When there comes to them news of security or fear, they spread it, whereas they should refer it to those in authority…”
(Surah An-Nisa 4:83)
*Why Balochistan Matters in Israel’s Strategic Outlook*
From Israel’s broader strategic lens, Pakistan’s stability—particularly in Balochistan—has indirect yet serious implications. Israel closely monitors developments related to Iran, China’s expanding economic footprint, and alternative trade corridors that reduce Western leverage.
Gwadar Port, coupled with Pakistan’s potential economic integration with Iran, Central Asia, and China, signals a shift toward a multipolar regional order. Instability in Balochistan serves to delay these transformations without overt confrontation.
*Imam Ali (AS) warned:*
> “Beware of the enemy who strikes in secret, for he is more dangerous than one who attacks openly.”
(Nahj al-Balagha)
*Critical Minerals and Economic Warfare*
Balochistan is rich in copper, gold, lithium, and rare earth elements—resources central to modern technology and defense industries. Pakistan’s efforts to responsibly develop these assets elevate Balochistan’s global relevance. Terrorism seeks to keep these resources hostage by frightening investors and weakening governance.
*Islam condemns economic sabotage:*
> “Do not deprive people of their due, and do not spread corruption on the earth.”
(Surah Ash-Shu‘ara 26:183)
*The Holy Prophet ﷺ warned:*
> “Whoever harms people, Allah will harm him.”
(Musnad Ahmad)
*Terrorism as Hybrid Warfare*
The pattern of violence indicates terrorism is being used as hybrid warfare—to weaken Pakistan internally, damage its image, and obstruct long-term economic projects.
The Qur’an declares:
> “Whoever kills a soul unjustly—it is as if he has killed all mankind.”
(Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:32)
Imam Ali (AS) stated:
> “No state can endure with oppression, and no state collapses with justice.”
(Nahj al-Balagha)
The Way Forward
Pakistan’s response must combine decisive security action with political inclusion, equitable development, education, and local participation—ensuring Balochistan’s people are the foremost beneficiaries of peace and progress.
Allah commands:
> “Indeed, Allah commands justice, excellence, and generosity.”
(Surah An-Nahl 16:90)
*The Holy Prophet ﷺ said:*
> “The best of people are those who are most beneficial to humanity.”
(Al-Mu‘jam al-Awsat)
Balochistan is Pakistan’s gateway to the future. Attempts to destabilize it—through foreign-sponsored terrorism and cross-border sanctuaries—are attempts to weaken Pakistan’s sovereignty. Yet Pakistan stands firm.
Imam Ali (AS) summarized governance best:
> “The strength of a state lies in justice and awareness.”
(Nahj al-Balagha)
*And Allah promises success:*
> “O you who believe, be patient, remain steadfast, and stay united; so that you may succeed.”
(Surah Aal-e-Imran 3:200)
Safeguarding Balochistan is a national, strategic, and moral obligation—and Pakistan will fulfill it.
